In addition to his mediation and law practices, Robert Berliner has been a principal in ventures that have acquired, operated, marketed and managed real estate properties involving over 1,000 dwelling units and over 400,000 square feet of commercial space, valued at more than $200 million. Bob is also a sought-after consultant and expert witness on a wide range of real estate matters.

Since 1984, various entities of which he has been a principal have bought, developed, managed, operated and sold a number of properties of different types. In addition, during his term as a partner and general counsel of Jupiter Realty Corporation, he became a partner in a number of Jupiter-affiliated retail, apartment, office and hotel ventures.
